Choose your version for your phone
- Android: works with Google's Find Hub app, already installed on most Android phones. 1 cm reflective collar, adjustable from 20 to 33 cm, in 6 colours, with the tracker in black or white.
- iPhone: works with Apple's Find My app. Nylon collar with built-in tracker, in 3 colours.
How it locates your cat
The tracker sends a Bluetooth signal that is picked up by nearby phones on the Google (Android) or Apple (iPhone) network, and its location appears on your map. Close to home you can make it play a sound to find it. It works best in populated areas (towns and cities); in open countryside, with no phones nearby, the location updates less often. It is not a GPS with continuous real-time tracking.

Which version do I need: Android or iPhone?
It depends on your phone. If you use Android (Samsung, Xiaomi, Pixel, Oppo, Motorola…), choose Android: it works with Google's Find Hub app. If you use an iPhone, choose iPhone: it works with Apple's Find My app. Each version only works with its own system.
Is the tracker included?
Yes. Every collar comes with its tracker: in the Android version it sits in a holder on the collar, and in the iPhone version it's built in.
Is it a GPS?
It is not a GPS with a SIM card. The tracker uses Bluetooth and the location network of the millions of Android (Google) or Apple phones around you: when one of them passes near your cat, its location appears on your map, with no fees. It works very well in towns and cities; in areas without people the location updates less often. It does not offer continuous real-time tracking.
Are there any fees?
No. It needs no SIM card or subscription: just the location app that already comes with your phone.
How long does the battery last?
It runs on a replaceable coin battery, so you don't have to charge it every few days like a GPS. Battery life depends on use; when it runs out, you replace it in a moment.
What size does my cat need?
The collar is adjustable. The Android version fits necks from 20 to 33 cm and the iPhone version is adjustable too; both fit most adult cats. When putting it on, leave room for two fingers between the collar and the neck.
How does the safety buckle work?
The buckle is designed to open when the collar gets caught and enough pressure is applied. This reduces the risk of your cat getting trapped.
Can it get wet? How do I clean it?
It withstands rain and everyday splashes, but don't submerge it. To clean it, remove the tracker (Android version), wash the collar with lukewarm water and mild soap and let it air-dry.
Will it bother my cat? Is it heavy?
It's a lightweight collar designed to be worn every day. As with any new collar, give your cat a few days to get used to it.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Your first order ships free: you'll see the discount at checkout. On later orders shipping costs €4.49 to Spain and the whole European Union, and it's free from €39.90. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse and usually take 7 to 15 working days; when your order ships we'll email you the tracking number.
